Product description
Double strength adhesive. Increased mechanical strength. It is used for gluing tiles, e.g. glaze, terracotta, porcelain stoneware, natural stone cladding (granite, marble, travertine, syenite, slate, etc.), clinker, ceramic mosaic, concrete tiles / cement mortar.
Features
- type C1TE
- shrinkage compensation during the setting process
- for ceramic tiles, including mosaics and stoneware
- increased mechanical strength
- greater stability of the glued cladding
- grouting after 12/24 h
- application temperature from +5 C to +30 C
- for walls and floors
- outside and inside
- thickness 2-10 mm
- entrance after 24 hours
- frost-resistant
- waterproof
- double power of fibers based on a blend of polypropylene and cellulose fibers
- extended open time - allows the tile to be applied to the adhesive for up to 30 minutes from the moment it is applied to the substrate
- reduced runoff, thanks to which it is possible to install the ceramics "from above" and avoid sticking the cut tiles on the exposed surface
Application
- types of glued tiles: tiles, terracotta, porcelain stoneware, natural stone cladding (granite, marble, travertine, syenite, slate, etc.), clinker, ceramic mosaic, concrete / cement mortar tiles
- maximum format of glued tiles 40x60 cm
- types of object in: housing construction; public utility facilities, office buildings, health care facilities, commercial and service buildings, religious worship buildings (applies to rooms with low operational loads)
- installation places: surfaces with low traffic, rooms with low operational loads in all types of facilities, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, garage (in private construction), corridor, external slab stairs, plinth cladding in the building in
- Substrate types: concrete, cement floors and screeds, anhydrite screeds, cement and cement-lime plasters, gypsum plasters in dry areas of rooms, cellular concrete wall, silicate brick or block, brick or ceramic block
Technical data
- a bulk density of about 1.6 g / cm
- mixing ratio (water / dry mix) 0.22–0.25 l / 1 kg, 1.1–1.25 l / 5 kg, 4.95–5.6 l / 22.5 kg, 5.5- 6.25 l / 25 kg
- minimum / maximum thickness of the adhesive (sticking tiles or smoothing the surface) 2-10 mm
- adhesive preparation temperature, substrate and ambient temperature during work from +5 C to +30 C
