Product description

One-component polyurethane foam in a version with a hose applicator designed for assembly, sealing and soundproofing.

Application

  • installation of windows and doors
  • thermal insulation of water, sewage and central heating networks
  • sealing and soundproofing of cabins in motor vehicles
  • filling gaps in thermal insulation when insulating buildings

properties

  • it is characterized by high mechanical strength and excellent adhesion to typical materials in construction such as: brick, concrete, plaster, wood, metals, foam, hard PVC and rigid PUR foam
  • has excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing parameters
  • resistant to mold and mildew

Method of use

  • Thoroughly clean and degrease the working substrate.
  • Before use, make sure the can is positive (optimum +20 C).
  • Shake the can well (for about 30 seconds) to thoroughly mix the ingredient in.
  • Screw the applicator to the can, the working position for assembly is the can position "to the top".
  • Apply foam from below to the gap.
  • Fill the joints up to 50% deep, but not more than 5 cm per one layer, wider than 5 cm should be filled in layers,
  • Moisten each layer after application with water, e.g. with a sprayer.
  • Excess foam after curing should be removed mechanically (e.g. with a knife).
  • After full hardening, the foam should be protected against UV rays using plaster, paints, for example.
