Wall sandwich panels are used especially in hall, industrial and public buildings (shopping centers, warehouse centers, sports halls, etc.).
Roof panels with 1150 mm covering width allow for quick and easy assembly to various types of constructions using appropriate through-connectors. Properly designed and profiled pi-groove locks ensure very good tightness and fire resistance.
PRUSZYŃSKI sandwich panels are manufactured in accordance with the latest technology. A modern and fully automated production line, as well as appropriately qualified staff, allows to fully meet all expectations of the customer in terms of quality and the highest standard in the product offered.
Sandwich panels PWS-S, PWD-S (foamed polystyrene core) and PWS-W, PWD-W (mineral wool core) consist of two steel sheet claddings and a construction and insulation core. The external facing of the panels is made of steel sheet 0.5 mm thick and covered with metallic and organic coatings.
The core of the board is PS-E-FS-15 self-extinguishing foamed polystyrene with a density of 16.2kg / m3
Core claddings are bonded in the production cycle using a two-component polyurethane adhesive. All joints of foamed polystyrene cores inside the board are milled, thanks to which they are meshed, which increases the board's rigidity, and complete thermal sealing, without thermal bridges. The profile of our production also provides products in the form of boards with one-sided cladding of coated sheet, which is mainly used for insulation of the building.

Transport recommendations
Recommended means of transport for sandwich panels:
- truck (tractor + semi-trailer not shorter than the length of loaded panels) with an open semi-trailer or enabling side loading on both sides over its entire length
- the mass of the load may not exceed the permissible load capacity of the set,
- transport belts should be placed on the load at a distance of max. every 3 m, but not less than 2 belts for one package - tension in the belt may not cause deformation of the panels.
Storage recommendations
Sandwich panels should be stored in packages (posts), max. Two packages can be stacked on top of each other.
The following is the max. number of plates that can be stacked in one package.

PWD * - foiled wall boards
It is recommended to store the panels on an even surface (square, hall) on joists or foamed polystyrene sleepers, which must be spaced maximum every 2.5 m (for panels with a total length of up to 2.5 m, use at least 3 sleepers).
Plates should be stored in closed but ventilated rooms at normal temperature, away from acid, fertilizer, salt and other corrosive substances.
Maintenance and washing
The external and internal cladding of panels should be cleaned with a fluid with an appropriate chemical composition, suited to the given coating, so that it does not discolor the varnish coating. Damage to the coatings that occurred during assembly or movement should be protected and painted with touch-up paint.
colors
The PRUSZYŃSKI company always guarantees the implementation of individual orders in the same color (shade). However, due to the complexity of the coating process, differences in shades between individual deliveries are possible. The responsibility for the color is therefore limited to only one delivery. Therefore, in the case of adding sheets to a particular batch, please indicate on the order or inform the Trader that this is a continuation of the order and delivery of a color sample.
